++ Senate RINOs Turn on Trump, Claim Muslims have Global Right to Immigrate to U.S.

Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), who fought against the amendment’s passage, says the measure represents an “unprecedented effort to extend American’s constitutional rights and protections to foreign citizens living in foreign countries.” Sessions said it would “constitute a transformation of our immigration system. In effect, it is a move toward the ratification of the idea that global migration is a ‘human right’, and a civil right… and that these so-called ‘immigrants’ rights’ must be supreme to the rights of sovereign nations to determine who can and cannot enter their borders.”

I agree with Senator Sessions. And actually they are not just “turning on Trump.” They are putting US citizens lives at risk to what? prove some point no one wants proved?

So I own a property that has been damaged in some way by a specific group. I talk to my local town council and request that no others from this group are allowed to move into my town – until we figure out what they’re up to. In response, the town not only won’t do as I ask to help me protect my property, they now want to give that same destructive group the same rights to my property as I have!

Does this make sense to anyone? Do you think anyone in political office that supports this has, as their priority, my rights and protections as a citizen of the US? Will this move not all but guarantee you have more trouble? Can anyone over the age of 5 not figure out what is wrong with this picture???

These politicians are acting as if we have no proof that radical Islamic Moslems are actively committed to killing US citizens. They are, they just did so – again – on US soil, and they will again. Our response to these attacks is not fear, as some politicians – including Obama – have stated.

It’s anger.

Turning these attacks into a reason to grant Moslems even MORE “rights” in the US is just NOT a appropriate response – to being attacked by those same Moslems!

These “Republican-In-Name-Only” Senators are just clueless. This is not about stopping a specific religious group from entering the US. This is about stopping a crazed cult from having even more access to our country and our citizens than they do now. This is the ONLY action that in response, makes sense.

The amendment, which passed 16-4 as a “Sense Of The Senate” resolution, was added to a larger bill entitled The Nuclear Terrorism Conventions Implementation and Safety of Maritime Navigation Act of 2015 (S. 138).

Here’s the rather long name of the bill that contains this ridiculous amendment. Per usual they are seeding it in something else with a title that has LITTLE TO DO with their latest scheme. Please call your reps and tell them this is unacceptable for our country – because it IS OUR COUNTRY and we have a right to border it, and a right and responsibility to protect it.

Apparently, I am not supposed to be interested in football from now on.

Yesterday, I re-posted an article elsewhere stating that the Oakland Raiders (my favorite NFL team,) had re-signed one of my favorite players, Michael Crabtree. After that, things get a bit stupid.

I am told in a comment – by someone I hardly know – that I am “so easily distracted” by unimportant things like football when I should be focused on the disastrous state of America. If you’ve read even one or two other articles on this blog I hope you will agree that I am anything but “distracted” or “unfocused” on the status of my country.

If you want to be “distracted” – try being a Raiders’ fan. I thought “we” were going somewhere in the league this year – apparently, not. But I can still be hopeful for next season and the re-signing of Michael Crabtree is great news.

But now I’m not sure if I’m allowed to say that because…Michael Crabtree is a African American.

Oh no – is this just my “white privilege” talking? Not in my mind. I know a good player when I see one and when I see one, I just want him to be a Raider. The color of his skin or what his religion happens to be is not a factor. I just want a good Raider and hopefully, that Raider is also a good person. Further than that, I have no control of the situation.

Do these whiners about race – sitting in their classrooms and “protesting” things that happened 50 or 100 years ago ever think that Michael Crabtree is SUCCESSFUL because he focuses and works hard? Does he have things to complain about? Probably. But he’s more focused on having a great career at what he does best and he worked hard to get there.

Does Michael Crabtree worry about the color of the quarterback’s skin? I doubt it. But he is probably focused on that quarterback’s arm! As a wide receiver, he’s worried more about catching the ball and staying healthy so he can do his job and collect his paycheck – a concept that escapes a lot of the whiners.

And yes, I will get “distracted” by the NFL. I call it a “time out” from all the “penalties” I feel are being inflicted on US citizens these days. You can be irate at the mess of America at the moment but you can’t be in fight mode all the time. I have plenty I am not happy about, but I also have a life to live and manage and Lord knows we all need some down time now and then.

Maybe some of these whiners could improve their overall state of mental health if they watched more football. Watch how a team, made up of players of different skin color, personality, and religion, put aside any differences on Sunday to become a team with the team purpose of winning the game. I used to think this country worked like that – particularly in times of crisis. Not so much these days.

Think I’ll stick with my Raiders and wait for next season…

I watched my sister muddle through a decision lately and I had to compare her process to Obama’s.

She had a 12 year-old car that she really loved but it was starting to get a bit “buggy” as cars do if they manage to last this long. She’d already had to make some investment in it in the last 18 months but when it came time for the annual inspection this year – even more bad (and expensive) news was received. This was not in her automotive project plan.

So, she upped her new car process – which she was hoping to put off for another year, and bought a new car – same model but new. In the long run, this makes more sense than throwing more money into something you know is not too far from total replacement. The entire deal started with the inspection news on Monday and ended with a new car in the garage on Friday.

Adjustment to new info made. Plans changed. Problem solved.

I don’t believe President Obama has this capacity for adaption to new info – or if he is even willing to listen to what he doesn’t want to hear. Throw in a little ADHD and we have a not great person to lead this country.

Much has changed under Obama – and not much for the good. It’s just fact. He has not resolved either of the two most significant problems on which he said he would focus: jobs, and the economy. We’re as flatlined now as we were when he took office. That would be bad enough if Obama hadn’t, at the same time, drastically increased our debt load, added thousands of restrictions to our lives, and certainly not kept this country and its citizens safe.

He made his “legacy” Obamacare one of his main tasks. It’s cost American taxpayers BILLIONS and is failing miserably. Obama and his Democratic minions – his minions – not yours – blocked out what was said about the downsides of his plans, and voted it through anyway. After all, we are “too stupid” to figure out that Obamacare is simply wealth distribution and a plan to add millions to Medicaid (free) – which is what has happened – while draining the finances of those whose plans “disappeared.” If Obama was listening to ALL new info, he would have seen this coming. Maybe he did – but his legacy was more important so he did not listen and he did not adapt.

Obama lectured the nation Sunday night. Maybe he’s missing his old days at Harvard. At least he says he was there but he’s sealed his records so we can’t be sure.

Four days after two Moslem terrorists killed (with guns,) 14 Americans attending a Christmas party, Obama shakes his hand at us about gun control. This, while he AND his Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, promise the MOSLEM community that they will prosecute anyone who says nasty things about Moslems.

Really? Talk about putting on your blinders and sticking your fingers in your ears!!

President Obama, you are NOT adapting to actual events and are instead trying to tie your ideology into a spin game to impact the 2nd Amendment rights of law-abiding US citizens. These were not non-Moslem US citizens who caused this carnage in San Bernadino. They were not members of the NRA. But Obama ignores the facts because they don’t fit his game plan – and first blames the inanimate object, and then purposefully NOT the type of people who abused the inanimate objects to slaughter Americans. We also didn’t hear from Obama how these two people, one of who apparently had communication with terrorist factions, were still walking around the streets!!

He then moved on to the idea that anyone on the government’s “no-fly” list should not be able to buy a gun. Well guess who decides who goes on that list? The GOVERNMENT! James Rosen, a highly respected Washington news correspondent, found himself on the list when he tried to fly overseas to report on a story. How did his name get there? No one could answer! So if the IRS has been proven to target conservatives and since WE CAN ADAPT to new info, would you want yet another government agency to decide whether you belong on the list, number one, and two, accept that THEIR decision to put you on the list, robs you of your right to purchase a gun?

Quick answer – NO! And guess what else? YOUR NAME (and mine,) might be on the list. We wouldn’t know, would we? But we’d find out – maybe when we were ready to board a plane to visit family at Christmastime…

Obama is not the new kid on the block anymore. He’s been president for almost 7 years. But I see little to no adaption, no ability to learn from either new news or mistakes, and no willingness to change from failing policies.

I wish my sister would run for office…

I’ll start off by trying to have something nice to say in a world gone completely stupid.

It’s December, not snowing, not icing, and the sun is shining. I’ll take that and call it a win!!!

Now, for all Americans who aren’t doing any or much Christmas shopping this coming weekend OR this year because they are either unemployed or under-employed, here’s a little hidden news story to get your blood boiling:

++ ISIS Czar a Terrorist Sympathizer Once Fired by Obama for Hamas Ties

The White House downplayed the new appointment by burying it deep in a press briefing delivered at a Paris hotel during the recent climate summit. “The President recently elevated Rob Malley, the NSC [National Security Council] Coordinator for the Middle East and North Africa, to serve now as the Senior Advisor to the President for the Counter-ISIL Campaign in Iraq and Syria,” White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said during the briefing at the Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel and Conference Center. Before moving onto the next topic Earnest said the president has directed Malley to “support our reinvigorated diplomatic track toward a political transition in Syria…”

Malley has a well-documented history of sympathizing with extremists, which makes this appointment rather outrageous. Judicial Watch wrote about Malley last year when Obama made him the senior director at the NSC even though the president had dumped him as a foreign policy adviser for meeting with and having regular contact with Hamas, long classified a terrorist organization by the U.S. State Department. Malley’s family had close ties to Yasser Arafat, founder of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and the Fatah movement, and Malley was an adviser in Bill Clinton’s White House. He consistently exonerates Palestinians and condemns Israel.

So they sneak this out during Obama’s ridiculous “climate” trip to Paris so WE won’t know they’ve rehired someone already fired BY Obama for having Hamas (terrorist) sympathies. So what message does this send? Obama wants to negotiate with terrorists? This adviser’s promotion of a terrorist organization to a US President is now okay or something??? Not satisfied with ISIS so let’s bring in Hamas too?

No! I’m not making this up! Go to the article and read for yourself. Judicial Watch is one of the FEW organizations that is using our laws to protect us and to get at the truth through all the lies and deceptions of this reprehensible administration.

I’m sorry, but the last thing a passive, inexperienced, and questionable “leader” like Obama needs is THIS adviser – someone who publicly sympathizes with yet another terrorist organization. We have enough terrorism troubles already – in case Obama hasn’t noticed!

As if it wasn’t bad enough to find that 14 of our fellow citizens had been murdered yesterday and 17 more injured in a senseless shooting at what appears to have been a Christmas party, Obama just can’t leave it alone.

++ Obama Calls For GUN CONTROL With Killers Still At Large in San Bernardino Shooting in GUN FREE ZONE

Do you know for sure what happened? I don’t. And I doubt Obama has a lot more info that he is absolutely sure of. But he does this. Presses the same point based on false or no information that made him look like a total idiot earlier this week. He wants to ban guns for all Americans because of the actions of a few people who are either psychotic, or terrorists.

Is he aware that California is about a “gun-free” a state as we have in the US? That they already place huge burdens on citizens who wish to exercise their right to own a gun? Was he already aware of the Middle Eastern ethnicity of the main shooter and the potential terrorism plot? Probably. But he persists in his attempt to disarm US citizens.

I’d like to know how much of a “vetting” process the State of California uses before hiring its employees! Apparently this person worked for the county of San Bernadino for five years. I can’t say more because I don’t know the details but let’s just say someone named John Smith did not commit this crime.

If Obama’s brain wasn’t so rigidly tied to his half-baked ideologies he might contemplate this. If even one person at this party had had a concealed-carry license and had been armed – things might have turned out a lot different. These shooters stopped to reload during the attack. One armed person among the party-goers, could have fought back.

If I’m going to go out in a violent manner, I don’t want to die sitting in a corner with my hands over my eyes – waiting for the bullet. I want to at least have the choice to be armed and to fight for my survival and for that of any friends or relatives who may also be involved. I don’t want everyone and anyone to run out and buy a gun. Some people have no desire to ever be armed and I respect that. Some people will refuse to take a gun safety class. You don’t need a gun either.

Just please respect that I have taken a gun safety class, I am willing to take a more proactive stance if and when I have to, and don’t feel the same. Obama needs to stop talking about what he doesn’t know or understand – and to stop politicizing each and every event. People died Obama – this is not about your attempt at a legacy item only you want.
