If you want to be the poster child for terrorists, say this – the day before those specific terrorists attack!!

The irony for me is that I’ve been conducting a marathon watching of “Homeland.” If you’ve never watched it, you should.

I was just thinking, mid-way through Season Four of the show – which I was watching just yesterday afternoon, how much time and money the US is spending on Islamic terrorists and the Middle East. Main characters in the show fly back and forth from the US to the Middle East like I go to the grocery store. They’re shown driving around in big black Range Rovers which aren’t cheap to begin with. These are even more expensive because they’ve been reinforced to withstand everything short of a RPG attack.

While they are in Pakistan or Afghanistan or any other “stan” we pay for their work spaces, their phones and other equipment, any additional travel, and their living accommodations. We also pay millions and millions to “informants” who are supposed to tell our “experts” what the heck is going on and when.

Well guess what? Most of it is not working. We just received another notification.

But is it the fault of our people “on the ground” – the experts, the analysts, etc.? I don’t think so. You can provide copious facts to someone above you in rank as to what is going on or what might happen in response, but if THEY don’t respond, all your efforts are in vain.

Think Benghazi….

We have a president and an administration in the US that does just that – little to nothing. They often just refuse to react. Taxpayers are having billions of our dollars spent to protect THIS country AND those of our allies and we’ve just had proof – we’re not really safe. Obama’s comment yesterday shows either he IS completely ignorant or, he ignores everything he is being told about ISIS. I wonder if in his mind he still thinks of them as inconsequential or, the “JV.” Beheading a US citizen and filming it for the world to see did not seem to educate our president. I’m not sure anything can.

I’m not saying here that the US is either capable or responsible for the world’s safety. But if we’re spending all these tax dollars in effort to stop this group of psychopath terrorists, we need to get more for our dollar and a 6-location, obviously well-planned terrorist attack in Paris should not be possible.

The Associated Press stated that at least one of those who blew up a suicide belt outside the soccer stadium in France had a Syrian passport. Obama is in the process of flooding the US with Syrian “refugees” – most of whom the head of the FBI has already claimed we won’t be able to ID. Where they really came from, who they associate with, etc. As if that isn’t slack enough, our border remains porous – allowing pretty much ANYONE in who has the money and the will.

While we sympathize with and pray for the people of France, we’d better be on our Congressmen and Senators to get OFF their a**es and STOP this infiltration of our country, promoted by someone (Obama) who obviously does NOT KNOW WHAT HE’S TALKING ABOUT!
