Something Special for Easter?

Think of Easter, (April 24th this year,) and holiday meals and many people will automatically think of yummy desserts – me included! Here are a few suggestions from Gourmet Station that might make getting ready for holiday gatherings a bit easier.
For those of us who are saving up vacation days for that long, summer vacation – no reason you can’t still treat yourself at home for Easter with one of these Deluxe Gourmet Meals. The dinner-for-two selections are really convenient. Anything that provides a great gourmet meal AND saves time sounds good to me!
FYI: Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 8th, 2011, and will be here before you know it. For me, this is a day when a “Okay” gift is just not good enough. But everyone has to eat, and Mom certainly deserves a meal or two she doesn’t have to fix herself. If YOU can’t actually be there….
