Garden color – time to get with it!

How fast the seasons seem to change this time of year. No one feels the impact more than gardeners. Everything you have starts growing all at once. Buds on trees like my Persian Lilac and the Weeping Cherry, grass is appearing and turning greener, and the inevitable weeds are beginning to show up.
No weeds allowed in this post though – we’re going for color – and color even for gardens with a lot of shade.

Blue Parrot & Clematis Hybrid
