I feel a little sorry for kids, and their parents, when it comes to Halloween these days.

Back in the 60s and 70s, Halloween and trick-or-treating was something you could look forward to. Now, parents apparently have to find some sort of school-organized event or maybe just keep their kids at home. Not sure if the world was that much safer back in the day, but it sure seemed so.

I had an idea that just might solve the problem.
