Update – solar versus non-solar

Thought I would add an updated image to compare with my post on Tuesday.
It is now going on 6 days since our snow “event” and although the sun managed to melt nearly all the snow on the sunny side of the lake, you can see that there is plenty of snow remaining on the shady bank and path:
Beside the fact that I am easily entertained, this does point out that selecting home sites, deciding where to place sun-loving plants, and selecting potential sites for solar panel installation, is critical to success.
