Based on what I am seeing in Central North Carolina, I think some areas may see the max color a bit earlier than expected. Hard to forecast from year to year since leaf color change is impacted by so many conditions. But still worth a long weekend drive or even a long Sunday drive to enjoy if you get the chance.
