I’ve found that it just takes time for them to find the feeders and then to realize that you will be keeping them filled. Birds like and in fact need consistency to survive. Bright colors seem to help for hummingbird feeders, but try a wild bird mix with corn, sunflower seeds and millet to attract cardinals, wrens and finches to other feeders. Don’t give up! They will find you!
