I know I didn’t need this for my wood stove, but I wanted it and I bought it!
Dragon Wood Stove Steamer from Plow & Hearth
I actually ordered “him” back before Christmas but the item was out of stock. I was notified almost immediately of this by Plow & Hearth and they updated me as to the product’s expected ship date. I was not billed until the product shipped and it arrived nearly on their expected delivery date – forecast in December! You can’t ask for more from an online merchant which is why I always recommend Plow & Hearth.
Now, if North Carolina will give me one more cold day instead of the 70-degree days on tap for this week, we’ll see if this dragon really roars!!

That looks like cast iron. Quite a rugged product? Should last for generations.

Yes, it is cast iron and fairly heavy. Hope no one drops it on their toe. Will probably be still steaming long after I am able to haul wood!
