The Pawleys Island Hammock Swing. is the hammock swing handcrafted by Pawleys Island Hammocks, makers of the finest rope hammocks since 1889. Drawing on Captain Joshua Ward's original 19th-century design, the hammock swing is handwoven from soft spun three-ply polyester rope, yielding a double-latch weave that is softer and more comfortable than ordinary knotted hammocks. The lattice-like weave contours to the shape of the body while the hand-varnished, kiln-dried white-oak frame and zinc-plated hanging chains and hardware ensure generations of gentle swaying.

The two included weather-resistant pillows are filled with soft polyester and have integrated Velcro straps and grommets for securing them to the swing. The 4'-wide swing accommodates up to two people and supports up to 450 lbs. Includes zinc-plated steel hardware for hanging the swing from a pre-existing structure.
